I received a message from my mentor, Robert, the other day. He made another Youtube video and in this one he talks about a peculiar thing that can happen when we start to incorporate tapping into our lives.

If you’ve been following me for a while then you know that when you focus on the memory, sensation, feeling, or picture in your mind that represents your “problem” and then tap it away, you free your energy up to focus on other more resourceful thoughts.

But what happens when you tap and actually feel worse? Has this ever happened to you?

If it has, it’s OK. It’s actually normal :-)

When we give ourselves permission and the tools to begin healing our “critical factor” dissolves and we have a direct link to our subconscious. When this happens you become aware (suddenly) of all the feelings and memories that have been controlling your behavior around that particular “problem” in your life.

Whenever this happens the most important thing to remember is…it’s a blessing.

Why? Because now you have the opportunity and the tools to heal.
